There are only three acrobats for this display of bravado; the ‘thrower’, the ‘flyer’ and the ‘catcher.’ The thrower, Sergei Davidovich, must estimate the velocity and precise weight of his partner, the beautiful Tatiana Elechko. Sergei, our thrower, must release Tatiana to fly at just the right moment, so her forward motion will carry her through the air to the waiting arms of her other partner and husband, Jacob. Tatiana’s flight would seem ordinary except for the fact that she is turned with her back to the catcher who is also turned away from her approach. That’s right, they cannot see each other during this maneuver…”
